Single olive variety extra virgin olive oil “Le Rocche Gentile” is obtained exclusively from Gentile di Chieti olives, a typical cultivated variety of the Trabocchi Coast area. Characteristic of this oil is it’s green colour, fruity with medium intensity, a good balance of bitter and spicy and it’s ability to maintain the fragrance and the taste of freshly ground olives. It is a 100% “Made in Italy” product. Ideal for enhancing local gastronomic regional food and excellent for seasoning dishes with a rich and decisive flavour, such as soups, legumes, game, red meats and bruschetta.

It is characterised by a lightly fruity fruit with herbaceous and slight almond tones. It is a 100% “Made in Italy” product. Ideal for using it raw on delicate foods. It is an oil that knows how to enhance refined dishes without masking their taste, for example, fish.
